 Nappa's power level is roughly 8000, Bardock's is a bit higher I believe. He could probably one shot Radditz. I have no idea how strong his team is though. Obviously less than him. I think Bardock alone could take out Radditz and Nappa. So with his team behind him, they don't have much of a chance.

Nappa was 4.000 last time i checked. Bardock at the end was 10.000 if i calculate right. I can´t tell what PL Tora, Fasha, and the others had.

 bardocks team would have to be around 5000 each at least if their all doing the same missions he is, wouldnt you think? i dont know, they might be below nappa, but no way are they below raditz, thats just not happening.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

Tora, Fasha and the others, were low classes so they are either between the 800 - 1.500 rate or elites what i doubt, you can see it from their hairstyle, so this can be debated that they are below raditz it isn´t accurate though.

 Nappa is only 4,000 in the Daizenshuu, but if you think about it, that's impossible considering his battle with Goku and Goku's own statement about how it'd "take forever" without the Kaio-ken. A fighter with a BP of 4,000 wouldn't do that to a fighter with a BP of 8,000, no matter how retarded Goku may be.

But yeah, I'd say Bardock's team destroys Nappa and Raditz. I personally think each member of Bardock's team is at least 1,000, possibly up to 4,000-5,000. They'd each probably take Raditz out single-handedly. Bardock would kick Nappa's ***** easily. It's a clean sweep.

 If you're not including Bardock then I'd say that Nappa and Radditz win. Allthough Radditz would probably be killed. It could be similar to how the Z fighters faired against him.

Bardock can single handle both Nappa and Raditz so the team wins anyways.

So Bardocks Elite Team just? Then this goes to Raditz and Nappa but i agree Raditz might get killed if they attack him together.

 Bardock's team without Bardock? Then they might lose. They'd one-shot Raditz, but Nappa at full power would kill them all with ease unless they work together really well.

Well, Nappa was alive at the time Tora, Fasha, Bardock, Shugesh, Borgos were a team, and not to forget Nappa was consider´d a elite with 4.000, and not to mention the team was low classed so they are all i believe below 3.000 and in the 2.000 range.

 but your class is determined by your birth power. even bardock was considered low-class. theyve gone through nearly everything bardock has so youd think they would be atleast half as strong which puts them at nearly 5,000 each.
